Day 6 of my E-Fit training. Gotta say, I can feel it in my muscles! Woke up a bit sore today…I did miss one day so far and that was Saturday, as I was gone from 7 am until 10 pm. I am keeping close track of what I am eating and sticking to my 35 Weight Watcher’s points. I have increased water intake as well. I am sooooo excited to see where my weight is on Wednesday when I officially weigh in!!! Hoping to lose 5 pounds!! We shall see! I will keep you all posted! Ok, now on to my Workout!!!!!!
