Ok everyone…Today is the day!!! I weighed in at 291.2 which means that I have gained about 9 pounds in the past 6 weeks. Time to kiss the Winter BLAH’S good bye and kick it into gear! I unpacked the E-FIT training package today and popped in the SIT and FIT Video and completed my first workout. My goal is to do the Sit and fit video 5 days a week and the standard training workout at least 3 evenings a week. And so it begins…..
